A Brazil that doesn't taste like Brazil: grape, magnolia and honey, light and floral like a tea.
In the cup
Green grape and Concord grape open with juicy freshness, followed by magnolia and honey, with a bergamot finish. Silky body, almost no bitterness, a clean and bright cup that changes with every sip.
Perfect if…
you think Brazil is only chocolate and hazelnut, and want to be proven wrong;
you love delicate, floral coffees;
you are curious about new varieties born from research.

The story
Part of Daterra's Masterpieces, micro-lots scoring above 88 points and picked entirely by hand. Aramosa is a cross between Coffea arabica and Coffea racemosa, developed with the Instituto Agronômico de Campinas; Guarani is a line selected within it for even ripening and aromatic precision. Anaerobic natural fermentation, drying on raised beds and vacuum storage in Daterra's Penta Boxes.
Competition-grade freshness
Every Over Your Limits coffee is stored green, vacuum-sealed and frozen, the same technique used for competition coffees, and we roast it only when you order. The cold stops the green bean from ageing and protects its sugars, acidity and aromas, so every lot reaches your cup with the same profile as the day we first tasted it, even months after harvest.
Why Over Your Limits
Because it turns the idea of Brazilian coffee upside down: clarity, flowers and fruit instead of body and chocolate.
